At OFFLIE, we're committed to getting screen-free fun into your little one's hands as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times
Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 5–7 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship from our international fulfilment center to keep costs down and pass those savings on to you.
Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 USD.
For orders under $100, a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 applies.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment. You can track your order anytime by visiting our Order Tracking page or clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries.
Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@offlie.com and we'll help track it down.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, reach out to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure you get your OFFLIE products.
